/// fútbol / calle / 2000 o fenômeno
This project was born from the idea of bringing back the importance of pattern-making, construction and form in clothing, rather than relying solely on graphic elements.
/// fútbol / calle / 2000 o fenômeno explores the development of a sports-inspired urban brand through both its visual identity and an initial range of products, including a windbreaker, sleeveless shirt, shorts and a hand-stitched football.
Drawing from the design language of football between the 1990s and 2000–2010, the project is rooted in the context of street football, where sportswear and everyday clothing naturally merged, generating a distinct visual identity.
In contrast to more graphic-driven contemporary approaches, the proposal focuses on cuts, seams and proportions as the primary elements of differentiation, understanding the garment itself as the core of its identity.
